The centerpiece of BRADLEY'S WOOD FIRED PIZZA is our Italian wood-burning oven which allows us to cook pizza at temperatures in excess of 850 degrees. This very special oven enables us to bake true Neapolitan-Style Wood Fired Pizza and we import only the finest pizzeria flour and most flavorful San Marzano tomatoes from Italy!
We source our fresh ingredients from local farmers and artisans whenever possible to create Neapolitan Pizza Classics as well as Exciting New Pizza!
